At the Time of Delivery:

If you decide that you do not want the item, or would like to request a return or exchange, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery and hand the item back to the courier.

In this case, you will only be responsible for the shipping cost of the original delivery, and the item will be returned to our courier without completing the purchase.

Returns & Exchanges After Payment:

Once the order has been received and payment has been completed, any return or exchange request will require a new shipping arrangement.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs for the return or exchange.

The required shipping fees will be communicated by our team before the return or exchange is processed.

Defective or Production Issues:

If your item has a manufacturing defect, production issue, or arrives damaged due to an issue on our side, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed to be a production or fulfillment issue from our side, EVERY-D4Y will cover the applicable shipping costs and arrange the appropriate return, replacement, or exchange.

Item Condition:

Items requested for return or exchange should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Important, please make sure to inspect your order carefully upon delivery before making payment. This allows you to request a return or exchange immediately through the courier and avoid additional shipping costs.
